Marriage counseling works best when both parties agree that there are issues that need to be resolved. It also helps if both parties are willing to take responsibility for any behaviors that may have led to the current marital problems. The first marital sesion is usually a joint session. During the second and third session I meet with each person individually. Marital Counseling will take a commitment to try to work through your marital issues, but it can be worth the effort.
